Yo Pendragon!my blog has been really really dead..
so i guess no one's been really visiting it since i've nt been posting for a long time..
March hols has started n...
why do dey even call it holidays when u hafta come back to schl everyday?
well..today, me n my grp did our GP project..
so we came 2 schl at ard 8am, booked a discussion room and did da research..
dere were some problems wif the internet connection though..
since i brought my mum's UMPC n my friend, Kai Yeat, brought his too, we din noe how 2 connect 2 da schl's internet..
it was such a hassle as we hafta walked all the way to the general office 2 get it changed..

i've gt a feeling that dere's a guy hu lyks me in da class...
but no offense, currently i've gt no crush-like feelings for any1...
of course, dere's eye-candy!!!
hehehe...
i've seen abt three guys hu look cute so far.. ^^
but i'm nt lyk "fallin-in-luv-or-wateva"..
i'm mature!!

my class is called 1014A..
and at first it was weird, since my orientation friends werent there..
my connections 2 my classmates were abit awkward..
but i guess, it takes time 2 bond with everyone..
currently my usual close class friends are Ya Hui and Somnya..
=P but lyk i said..it takes time...
da boys in my class r fun 2 be wif..
dere arent any malay guys..[which preferably i dun mind]
n dey r quite awesome...
my GP group has me, Ahsin, Karthik and Kai Yeat...
its quite funny juz now since we were researching on crime n punishment..
Ahsin was trying 2 find videos on youtube abt da topic..
but after some time, she looked as if she was possessed..
haha! as if her mind was brainwash 2 become a criminal...
we kept on teasing her abt her being some criminal mastermind...
we were done at ard 10.30am...
earlier than i had estimated...
so i tot tt i try 2 go 2 da Woodlands Library 2 check out da books...
i was kinda afraid at first, cuz it was my 1st time dere...
but den Kai Yeat was waiting 2 pass the time as he had an outing at 1.30pm..
so he accompanyed me dere...
it was gud having a friend hu knew the woodlands better than me since i'm lyk frm the east..
it was lyk 4-storeys high!! lols!
n i was able 2 get a book that i cudn't get frm tamp..
ooh! i wen out wif Kim yest..but that's another story...
anyway, after we were done, both of us wanted 2 wait for lunch...
i was planning 2 go 2 secret recipe..n he was waiting 4 McDonalds discounted price at 12pm...
& it was only 11am...
=,=" so we walked around causeway point...
i was trying 2 find for a suitable present for Athirah as her bday's coming...
with his anime expertise, i din find anything gud....
lols! den i saw breeks cafe..
apparently, i din noe that dey offer student-meals...
n we were hungry, so in de end, our original plans vanished, n we ate there 2gether instead...
da chicken was quite small though..
hehe but i still had my cookies&cream milkshake!! yum!!
eventually, we parted as he went 2 somerset for his outing..
n was practically dragging my feet back home wif a heavy full tummy...
gaaahhh..but it tastes so good..haha..
i'm gonna end it wif pictures that was taken during CNY..
da class was supposed 2 make lyk a hamper for charity homes...
n of course, it was a class effort..

lols!juz lyk in the previous post, it has been a long time...
well to put every1 up to speed..
i've been posted to Innova JC..
and even though i'm in da arts stream, i'm taking two science stream H2 subjects & one H1 subject..
for those hu are thinking "Whats H2 and H1?"
well, H1 is half of a H2 syllabus..
is lyk secondary schl science..if u take combined physics, u'll only learn abt 3-quarters of the pure physics syllabus...
for JC, requirements are three H2 subjects, one H1 subject, and da compulsory subjects of General Paper, Project Work and Malay [GAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!!]
so my H2 subjects are Economics, Mathematics and Computing..
juz to inform ya..Mathematics and Computing are science stream subjects and both requires O-lvl A-maths knowledge..
my H1 is History..
so far, studies hav been alright..
tho its nt lyk a class lesson thing..every1 hu takes Maths in the whole JC1 cohord, every1 will gather in the same lecture theatre..
yeah..its huge..of course, bigger theatres accomodate every single student during GP..
there is oso a house system that usually participates in sports day n other stuffs...
the main groups are named after constellations, and the sub-grps frm da main-grps are named after comets...
and among the four main; Taurus[Red], Rasalas[Yellow], Aquila[Blue] and Saggitarius[Green],
i got into Rasalas..and i'm in a comet called, Rasalgethi...
sounds weird rite?
lol..i've gotten quite used to it oredi..
frm orientation, i've made some friends there..
my 1st friend is Sherry Wee frm Queenstown Sec..
she's quiet, but is able to talk in depth and detailed descriptions very well..
we take most subject combinations 2gether...
but soon, after we get our classes, i might nt be able to sit in a subject wif her..
so muz make new friends in my class!!
slowly, i've gotten myself a clique of friends..
There's five of us..Me, Sherry, Anne, Arnold and this one more guy that i cant rmbr his name[^^ sorry!!]
normally, in classes w/o da clique, i'll try to at least make one friend..
n ironically, among all of my classes, i've nt made any friends frm my Malay class..
yeah..how ironic...
yes, da gal frm my schl, Amirah, hu oso gt in2 IJC, is malay..but she has her own clique..
so i'm usually alone during malay lessons...
its been three lessons of malay!!!
and three weeks of IJC schl, and i've nt made any malay friends..
but its ok, i dun mind.,..
i lurve my friends now ^^..so wat if we're of different races..
every1 is da same, n i feel much more interlectually inclined wif them..
moving on..i was hoping to join the choir of IJC..
but after CCA Fair, i can deem it as a HUGE disappointment indeed..
da performaing arts werent professionals...
JYSS' modern dance was SO MUCH better, and so is Inspiration Del Coro [JYSS choir]!!
so i've decided to do Sports instead..
well, i was an athlete during primary schl n was exposed to alot of different sports CCAs..
n secondary schl was choir...
so now its lyk a calling..for me to revert back to wat i was in the past...
an active sportsman...
i'm reli excited! i cant wait to get my muscles clenched wif strength and perspire again...
its time for a change...
and i hope this change brings out the better in me...
now i'm reading a book written by P.C. Cast..
if da name rings a bell, she is one of the two authors hu wrote House of Night Series..
but now, she is on her own writing the Partholon series...
its a much more mature text than the House of Night..
n it does not revolve ard da common vampire creature [gosh vampire stories are getting SO common that the vampire significance is getting boring..]
in da stories, dere are more mystical beings lyk centaurs, winged-humans, satyr, etc...
n it is a very good read...^^
also, i've gt an email that day promoting dis book that was locally written..
it is called I Believe You by Low Kay Hwa..
it revolves ard a girl frm Singapore JC, hu has a tainted past...

yes, it was originally written in japanese, but it seems that the story was so gud, that jap animators have created an anime film and PSP game abt it!

Hey Pendragon!its been an awfully long time since i've written in my blog..
n dis shall be my 1st post for 2010..
lyk in the previous post, all i've been doing is slacking at home..
its da same still when 1st Jan kicked off..
and i've got no resolutions at all cuz currently, my brain's not functioning till JC..
so nothing much..
anyway, 11th January 2010, was da release of O-level results...
god, i was bloody damn scared to death..
i mean, my parents have been pressurizing me abt JC-JC..
dey talk abt it lyk as if i'm a confirmed JC student oredi..
n it seriously pisses me off..
i mean..ever since young, my parents have always been talking abt Junior college..
that i've never heard of Polytechnic [EVER!!!] until i reached mid-year of sec 3..
pathetic rite?
yeah..tt's how deep a parents' influence can be..
n since i wasnt so exposed to it, i've nvr even spared a single thought abt any courses at all for poly..
i'd assume tt my parents will always tink of every one of their children to enter JC..
so..of course, i was shivering in fear...i was afraid tt if i din get less than 20, i'm doomed..
den my form teachers were of no support at all..
at the table for 4E2, both Mdm Saleha and Mrs Sim werent dere!
so much for support..
it was Botox-man: Mr Ang K.S. and Mdm Lee, my History and SS teacher
two of the most dreaded subject teachers of 4E2..
in the end, i gt 2 Mdm Lee..
when i came, she smiled and asked: "So what are you hoping?"
I said: "I want to enroll in a JC. So i'm hoping for an aggregate less than 20."
that's when she showed me the paper, and asked.."Satisfied?"
honestly, since i was oredi in that state of shock..my mathematical mind cudn't process the calculating quickly as usually, and i din get 2 count L1R5 on tt spot..
but i juz nodded at Mdm Lee and went off to confirm...
now, i'm nt actually scared abt telling my marks at all..
i mean..i'm nt exactly very happy abt my marks at all..but i'm eligible for a JC..

English: B3

Malay: C6

so as u can see..dere's a balance of gud and bad..
honestly, i was expecting a solid A1 for my e-maths, but i guess cambridge raised da A1-grade..
n i was surprised tt my Lit, which has always been an E8, was a B3..i felt so happy for tt subject..
which means...i'd rather have British ppl mark my paper than S'pore ones..Haha!!
for SS/Hist, i was hell of a surprised too!
it was such a heart-warming pleasure to tell my mum [who specialises in Hist&SS] tt the subject was one of the top in my list..
i cud reli hear the happiness in her voice when i phoned her right after my trauma..
A-maths and EL was expected, so no shocking comment..
u want shocking?? my sciences are...
during the exam, i noe tt i wud hav maybe grasped a C5 for Bio n a B3 for Phy..
but D7 for overall?? tt's juz major bullshit! i reli din expect THAT for science..
i mean if it was malay..den i understand..
but den i sud be thankful tt it wasnt malay tt was a D7..
everything occurs for a reason..
and even tho my lowest is my Malay, C6, and my sciences, D7,
i reli hav to thank god, Allah S.W.T.
to go to JC, the malay subject has to be included in L1R5..
but if my malay was a D7, den my aggregate wud be exactly 20..
which is nt exactly a nice number..
so i a way..it is a blessing in disguise..
but i tot maybe..my malay cud hav been a better grade..
it only it was...i'd hav mre JC options to pick frm..
n now, its difficult..
altho i've oredi submitted my JAE form online, my mum says tt she has a feeling that i'll end up in Innova JC..
to me, in my opinion, JC ppl r supposed 2 be mre "smarter" ppl than those in poly..
but in the range of JC, Innova wud be considered as one of the lower institutions..

been gone quite long, duncha tink so?oh well, Pendragon, i've practically been "rotting" at home..
i mean dere's nothing to do..
i've got no part-time job, so i'm stuck at home 24hrs unless sum1 pops a question 2 hang out..
n mostly sometimes, its either a last min thing [which my parents wont allow] or no cash..
so at home, i'll usually do these:
1. Find an interesting anime
2. Watch that interesting anime
3. Buy and then read books
so now i'm currently running out of entertainment..
the anime-s were awesome though..
Natsume Yuujinchou and 07-Ghost...
n gosh 07-Ghost had lotsa cute guys!!!! ^^
kawaii!!!!!!!!!!
hehe..and well, dere was an occassion where me n Alyy wen 2 da movies 2 watch,
The Princess and The Frog..
it had tt different spice frm da other disney princess stories, but i tot since tt dis princess story was made recently, da producers oso include things of da modern world such as..
bodily seduction..
i mean lyk dere was dis spoilt brat [altho a gud friend to the protagonist], she was sweating, den she grabbed many napkins n stuffed dem between her boobs and armpits or watnot..
den after she dressed her gown, she pulled at the front where it looked lyk as if she was adjusting over there...
so it was a bit disturbing altho da main viewers r supposed 2 be young kids[which wont understand either way], i think it was kinda inappropriate..
overall, it was a rather interesting plot..
but kinda lyk..fantasy n magic n unrealistic stuff lyk..
how 2 ppl can fall in luv within 3days??
i mean tt wud look quite long if u were to consider Snow White's 1sec luv-at-1st-sight drama..
lols..b4 da movies starts dere were trailers of nxt years' movie..
n one looked quite intriging...
den i found out it was based on a book..so, tt's when i started 2 buy da books..
its called, Percy Jackson And The Olympians..
da first book is the lightning thief, n da fil will be aired in USA on 10th february 2010..
da book has an outstanding plot..da author reli knows his greek mythology very well..
but honestly, when i see da trailer, dere were things tt din happen in the book tt showed in the trailer..
plus, i've heard rumours tt they are combining da 1st and da 2nd book together..
which is a total bummer...i'd hate tt..
anyway, i'll just post da trailer for the film in this post for u viewers to judge...
i've nt read da last book yet, but i've labelled dis as my 2nd favourite book..
of course, da 1st is The Pendragon Adventures... =P

hey!!!juz transported back to s'pore on tuesday [15 dec]..
actually it was supoosed to be on monday, but da agency kinda extended it..
so lemme giv ya a bit of wat happened..
basically it was ok i guess..
dere were da gud points n bad points..
1stly, it started out totally wrong...
my parents took a chinese agency to go to europe, so things like, muslim food in europe is kinda hard so my mum cooks n bought maggi mi for the family to survive..
but when we were at da airport waiting for the gate to open, the tpur guide called...
saying that the aeroplane is nt muslim food..
i mean, in europe, fine i understand since we're like the only malay family dere..
but at least the aeroplane get halal food larh!
haizz den at the checkpoint oso the same..
dere was a malay lady...
probably some demonic minah..
u cant seem to realise tt my bro's name was too long..
i mean all of our names were so long that it couldnt fit the airplane ticket so its summarised..
n it was only my youngest bro who was pulled out for passport inspection..
wat more it was a malay!! who is SUPPOSED to understand that the name is SUPPOSED to be long..
my dad kept on explaining, but her skull was practically filled wif damn shit to be so dense as to nt hear my dad cuz she kept on acting like a bitchy slut..
seriously...singapore airlines better get better workers..
if u're seeing dis, da idiotic worker was malay but was quite fair, and FAT, damn obese..
thick red lipstick on and glasses..probably black or dark blue...
working at this counter rote after u enter departure hall...
anyway moving on..
so the tour guide, who had a thrashing by my mum, bought delifrance..
n since the meal was in a aluminium container so i had to eat it all an hour after buying time..
cuz the aeroplane doesnt hav ovens to heat it up...
sighs...after abt 12hrs or so, we landed n started da day in Zurich, Switzerland...
ok, i,ve gt plenty of pix for ya'll to see, but i wont do lyk wat i did last time..
which was to put every single pix in the blog...
tt's lyk wasting loads of time..
so i'm gonna a video out of..
i'll only post in here, solo shots of myself tt arent showcast in the video..
the video will probably be uploaded in the next post since i havent quite make it..
anyway, the coach[bus] drove the tour group..
btw, the tour group had abt.....5-7 families...i cant remember..
all i noe is tt my family is da only muslim family..
however, regardless of their other race, the Chinese, dere were a couple of cute gud-looking guys

one was the same age as me frm East Spring Sec...
he was quite gud-looking..caught him staring at me a number of times..
he takes pure sciences n A-maths..
n oso has a demonic sister..
his sister will scream in her high-pitch irritating voice, "MUMMY!!!!"
god it was lyk hearing a major spoilt brat..
if i'm nt mistaken, his name was Ong Jian Wei...
we talked a few times...
but dere was a moment when he was trying 2 find for his mum [his father din go, i din ask whjy tho], he oso shouted [but nt as loud n bitchy, n it was only one time], "Mummy!" in da same exact tune as how his sister did it..
me n my sister totally laughed out loud!!
but it was only for tt one time..his sister, Primary 3, calls out to her mum in tt voice practically ALL the time..its irritating, man..haha..
da rest of da gud-looking ones were frm university..wow!
anyway, we made our way to Rhinefalls..
where we saw the largest waterfall in western europe....it was kinda cold..
but it was quite fine tt i din need my red coat, so i juz wore my leather jacket..
the scenery was quite alrite..i mean, i've seen bigger waterfalls b4...
den we head on to a cukoo clock in black forest, somewhere nearer to germany...
dere was a funny man who told abt da history of wooden cookoo clocks n stuff...
its was quite amazing to know its several functions tt u dun actually get to see..lols..
den we headed to our hotel n tt was it for the first day...
actually its labelled as the second day since the departing day is considered one day..
3rd day, at luzern, we had a city tour..
dere were quite a few "unique buildings" n a statue of a lion depicting switzerland's symbol or something lyk tt...u'll get to see it in the video soon...
den we rode on a bus to intelaken, which is at the bottom of the mountain..
by tt time, i actually gt sick...
i had a runny nose which was incredibly frustrating indeed..
n soon after, i had a mile fever, but still capable of sightseeing...
in interlaken, we headed to a chocolate factory when we saw how chocolate was made..
n how da chocolate was moulded in2 tt shape, etc..
4th day, took a train all the way up to the top of europe, Junfraujoch..
at the top [after da hrs-long train ride], it was so cold tt i cudn't even feel da heaters inside...
outside on the mountain was FREEZING!!!
i mean it...its freaking cold!!!
da wind was oso strong tt a couple of ppl actually fell frm da wind's strength..
den we went to an ice palace where dey had some amazing ice sculptures...
after that we headed to yet another mountain, which was juz as cold...
n after lunch, da plan was for the group to go for sledging..
but da snow was too thin..
da back-up plan, a "magical" chu-chu train din virtualise either..
why? bcuz the snow is too thick...
can u believe tt???!!!! so is da snow thick or thin??
da tour guide is practically lying 2 us, getting all his info frm his company..blahblah
so da tour group voted to go to this deserted village [where da guide said tt we do some shopping which in de end all the shops were closed cuz it was a sunday =,="]
BUT da scenery was spectacular...a lake wif da setting sun...
man, da whole tour group was disappointed wif da agency n da guide..
day 5, we did a city tour ard..somewhere..haha..
n were given only abt an hr to shop..
after some time, dere was lyk only 30mins left to walk back to da bus..[n lemme tell u, da tour guide brought so far away frm da bus, u actually need 30mins to walk back]
n my dad stopped at dis one shop, planning to buy a Rolex watch..
scratch that two Rolex watches [one is a present for my mum's bday]
it was lyk so expensive!! sheesh practically lyk $10, 000 for just one..
i was lyk gapping at my dad for tt high price but he juz ignored..
n we were SO late..45mins late, to be mre exact..
den we headed to a SPA centre where me, my mum n sister din do at all..
my bros n dad saw in both da hot n warm pool..we saw a couple of hot dudes half-naked..
hahahahahaas!!
after tt da group were "so-called" late after da spa thingy tt we din go to dis scheduled Evian factory..ok it oredi looked lyk its gonna get dark..
but i was still abt 4pm?
oh it gets dark in switzerland ard 5pm..
dark as in midnight dark in s'pore..
serious..it can be quite creepy...
sixth day was quite dull..we headed to a village, which was labelled as da most beautiful..
but it was lyk a ghost town when we gt dere...
da bus den proceed to a small town near to France, where my parents bought for me and my sister Swatch watches..very nice...nt as fanciful as my dad's Rolex tho..
den we took da bus all da way to Dijon, a city in France, for lyk hours!!
7th day was juz a city tour n stuff abt Napolean's victories n etc..
it was quite ok larh..
8th day was a free day..
n my uncle, he has a a god-son in France so he frequents France often n he speaks French too..
so he came too..n helped us ard wif da MRT system n all things french..
cuz for tt whole day, we went to Paris Disneyland!!!
da rides were awesome..altho we rode only lyk 2 roller coaster..
some were riding simulations n watch-n-go rides..
but da outlook was pretty cool...
i heard tt America gt DisneyWorld!
wow!! one day wont fill every ride..haha..
well dere was an amazing parade ard evening time..
n i wen back wif a Stitch toy tt my uncle bought for me..=P
9th day, the tour group took eurostar train to London!!
United Kingdom!!!!!
for that day, we had a city tour only so it was kinda ok, i guess..
den i heard tt da agency gave da group an extra day free..
so da next day [10th day], which is a free day, we went to Madame Tussauds..
for those of u who dont noe, its a wax museum where wax sculptures of celebs r created..

hehe..den we head down to the london eye, where we took a ride..
its very similar to the singapore flyer...

proceeding onto Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum..
that one was very fun!!!!
n da exhibitions were wow n amazing!!!
dere was a video showing abt ppl hu is born wif strange "tongue movement" genes..
dere was a girl hu cud lyk..make her tongue dance abt so freakishly..
n dere's one hu cud practically fold her tonge flat on the surface..
tt's nt da one lyk wat normal ppl can do..
dis one is lyk da tip of ur tongue is folded inwards to the midway of ur tongue n folds, practically flat on the surface, unlike the one where u let da sides fold..
n dey say tt it only happens to one in millions..
den guess wat..after da clip, everyone was basically trying to do those "tongue stuns" frm da clip..
n i cud fold my tongue!!! da way i mentioned earlier abt da flat thing..
yeah, i'm one in millions!!!!! haha!! wow i feel so honoured..lols
it den gt real dark so we head back for da hotel...
11th day, my dad booked a minicab n we headed to Lestersure[i cant rmbr spelling]
da place where i was born..
it was lyk another state, much nearer to England, if i'm nt mistaken..
n we saw da university tt my dad attended..[it was quite empty]
very very big indeed..
den we drove down to the very first house tt i live in..
altho, we cant exactly go in since dere was oredi sum1 hu was occupying it..
den oso to the very hospital [i'd imagined it to be tall n white], but it turned out quite short n brown...
lyk da rest of the town, da hospital was quiet as well..
it doesnt seem lyk dere were many patients..
da next day [12th day] my family went to the Chelsea Football Club Stadium..
it was near to da hotel n my dad's a Chelsea fan
so dere was a tour n i learnt quite a number of stuff dere..
but still, it din quite trigger any thoughts abt wanting to support it..hehe
i'm nt a fan of soccer..haha
den we head to dis malaysia restaurant, had lunch n spend some time shopping...
den ard 5.50pm, we had 2 come back cuz it was time to fly back to Singapore...
da time here n dere r different....
11am in london is 7pm in s'pore..
yeah..so i came back on tuesday [15dec] at 6.25pm s'pore time..
yup!!
ok tt's all i gt for today...
it sure is long, doncha tink??
anyway, in da next post, expect a video abt my trip..haha..

tml nite, i'll be taking off for europe!!!
yeah, switzerland, france and United Kingdom!!!
cant wait!!
my dad says tt we can visit da hospital which i was given birth in!!
it feels lyk coming back home!!!

no exam...very boring
have exam...very stresss...................but its better tt way..
ur brain needs 2 exercise...n rite now its slacking..
